ASMR & Meditation

I’ve mentioned my love for guided meditation a few times. Are you looking to meditate but don’t know where to start? Check out these Youtube channels for some wonderful and relaxing meditations. You don’t need to be a Buddhist monk to meditate. Anyone can do it. Most of the meditations I’m going to share can be done anywhere including in the comfort of your own bed!

Guided Meditations:

In these meditations you follow the prompts of the speaker as you fall into a state of deep relaxation., Thus guided meditation. The speaker encourages you to be present in the moment and takes your focus to a more positive setting like a beach or a forest (ect).

ASMR Meditation:

ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response. It is known as a static or tingly feeling on the skin. The sensation usually starts in the scalp and moves down the neck to the arms and legs causing a sense of relaxation. These videos contain ear to ear whispering, as well as tapping, scratching, and crinkling sounds to give you tingles.

Reiki, Chakra balancing, Aura cleansing (ect):

These mediations focus on the practice, or reiki, balancing the 8 chakras as well as aura cleansing. I decided to group these videos together since many people specialize in all three, and they all work together. You may also see a mix of guided mediation or ASMR in these kind of videos. In fact, many people who create meditations combine a few different styles.
